変更後：Bayesian inference


日本語の「ベイズ推定」に引っ張られて綴りを誤ってしまったケースと考えられます。



変更前：credit interval

変更後：credible interval


こちらもベイズ統計の文脈で出てくる表現ですね。一つ目の誤りとの合わせ技で、“Bayes credit interval”などとしてしまうと、もはやわけがわかりません（さすがにそれはお目にかかったことがありませんが）。



変更前：Compared to previous literature,…

変更後：…compared with previous reports


「Aと比較してBはCだった」というとき、ネイティブは“compared to(with)”を文頭に置くことはあまりありません。さらに言えば、比較について述べる場合は“比較級＋than”のかたちが使えないか考えることが大切です。



変更前：all of the 10 patients, except 1, who received the treatment were…

変更後：all but 1 of the 10 patients who received the treatment were…


「1例を除く全例が～」の意。この“all but”を自然に使えるようになったら立派です。

変更前：The results were shown in Table 1. 変更後：The results are shown in Table 1. 結果（Results）の項は過去形を中心にして組み立てないといけませんが、「〇〇を図1に示す」「〇〇を表2に示す」というときは例外です。日本語で書くときは「示す」と書いている方でも、英語で書くときにわざわざ過去形にしてしまっている例が散見されます
